Thanks for your interest in hosting a FLAME Community Conversations event in your community!

The person who completes the application will be the
person to receive login access to the FLAME Starter Kit.

To complete the application, you will need to gather:

  • Your personal and organizational contact info
  • Brief summary of your organization’s work with fathers and families
  • Five organizations that will help execute the event
  • Descriptions of your reasons for hosting a FLAME event, your target audience (primarily father- and family-serving), and what outcomes you expect

We will review your application in about 10 business days. Once your organization’s application is approved and the kit launches, you will receive login credentials to access the exclusive FLAME Starter Kit!
